Bodega Market is a family-owned grocery store located in Downtown Lakeland. The focus is to provide high-quality goods and convenient shopping options to the Lakeland community, including online and phone ordering, as well as local delivery services. The aim is to offer a unique and accessible shopping experience for residents and businesses in the area.
PROBLEM
As the first Hispanic-owned convenience store in Downtown Lakeland, Bodega Market faces the challenge of expanding its reach and establishing a strong presence in the community. Despite offering high-quality goods and convenient services, the store needs to increase its visibility and connect with a broader audience. The goal is to build greater awareness of its unique offerings and foster stronger relationships with local residents and businesses to effectively integrate into the community and drive growth.
MY ROLE
To address the challenge of expanding Bodega Market’s reach and establishing its presence in the Downtown Lakeland community, I designed a user-centric website and digital platform. The key components I focused on:
